    Shipping Policy

    1. We ship worldwide & we make sure that you get your shipment as earliest as possible provided there is no delay in customs clearance, public holiday, courier location, or circumstance which is beyond human control.

    2. We ship through one of the reputed & standard shipping agency for national & international shipment. Once ordered product is been dispatch we update tracking number in buyer purchase item. Delivery depends upon location.

    3. Shipment normally takes 7 to 15 Business Days to deliver the item after full & final payment cleared. You can provide us with complete & accurate information of shipping address & contact number at the time of placing an order to avoid delay in delivery, once the order is process we will not able to make any changes to shipping details.

    4. We don’t charge any sales tax on any sales made internationally. You will be responsible for all import duties in your country.

    5. Local charges, such as octroi, toll, customs or any other taxes etc shall be borne by buyer.

    6. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

    7. Shipment only freight and packing charges.

    8. If you do not receive confirmation or invoice emails (mainly due to spam filters etc.), please contact us.

    Custom Policy

    Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

    Please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

    Indian merchants are unable to mark merchandise values below actual purchase price or mark international parcels as “gifts” Indian and international government regulations prohibit such practices.

    RETURNS are only accepted if item arrives damaged. Parcel opening video is strictly mandatory for any complain.

    Refund will be processed after return receiving the product and within 7 working days.

    Return and Refund Policy:

    All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the shipment. To request a return, please email our customer service team at info@ethnicgarment.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence or images.

    Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on shipping the product(s) back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.

    The returned product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund within 14 business days.


    If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. The amount of the refund will be the purchase price of the product(s) minus any shipping costs or restocking fees.

    Please note that we do not provide refunds for products that have been damaged or altered by the customer or that have been used or worn after purchase.


    If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
