8.  We also offer stitching & customization facility, Let us know if you want to have stitching or any sort of customization requirement. Please note that the stitching may take 4-5 working days extra depending upon the work [Which costs extra]. Your required sizes for the concern products like salwar suit, lehenga choli, blouses and gowns will be confirmed via Email/Whatsapp only.

9.  All the menswear items are made to order and it will take 7-15 working days to dispatch after confirmation of the order. In menswear items there are standard sizes available like 34,36,38,40,42 and 44 and all the standard sizes will come with an extra loosening of 1-3 inches (which is garment size) after your selected size for example, if you would like to buy a menswear item in standard size of 38 then garment size will be 42-44 inches.  Extra large sizes are also available at extra cost like 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% on the price of the product and the extra amount will be charged altogether once you add this item to your cart. On our website the prices are mentioned for General size only. Customers have to pay for shipping, extra large sizes (if required), stoles (if required) and mojari (if required) separately.  If customers have any questions or queries regarding sizes of  items then customers need to be contacted before placing an order. Alphanumero Corporation will not entertain any issues if the customer does not interact/inform us via email/Whatsapp before placing their orders.

10.  The quality of products are depended on the price range, Hence we don’t give any quality commitments and replacements for damaged items as well for low range products less than INR 1000 and especially Pakistani suits and printed cotton dresses comes in this category or any other category as well, So you need to keep this thing in mind while buying low range products. All Pakistani suits who belongs to “Pakistani Salwar Kameez” category are replicas of original heavy handmade Pakistani suits and these products may be different in designs, colours, work or size but similar in look like master copy.

11.  You might find a Company or an organisation selling same Products at a lower prices, but when we combine it with the Services we provide, you will surely choose us to serve you.

12. The rates for the assorted pieces and full catalog are different. You Have to check our website regularly to find new Items/catalogs.

13.  Stitched suits or any readymade items like Kurtis, Gowns or Menswear will not be exchanged, cancelled or returned after confirm order. Also for readymade items customers need to confirm sizes before confirming their orders. For any kind of issues for the sizes, fitting and length for the readymade items Alphanumero Corporation will not be responsible if sizes are not confirmed before placing the order. We cannot make any changes for readymade items and send same product as we receive from the manufacturer.

14.  If a customer is willing to buy for personal use then we strongly recommend to go with the customized sizes for perfect fitting as standard sizes are made for business purposes and it may not be fit to all body sizes.

15.  For any international shipments, Custom Duty/ Import Duty if charged, it has to be paid by the the buyer. VAT/ Custom Taxes and import duties are not in our control and they may vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid by the buyer.

16. Refund will be made only in any of Indian bank account OR via any electronic medium through which payment was made on website[e.g. payments gateways which support credit / debit cards] Not via Western Union / Money Gram / Wire Transfer To any foreign bank because of the Indian government’s rules, Though we have an option to provide the store credit of the refund amount if customer wish.

17. After confirmed order, customer will have to accept any no. of pieces which are ready to get shipped with us, neither we will refund the amount for it nor we will accept cancellation.

18. In case of full refunds, We will only refund the amount which we have received [After deducting the bank OR any other transaction charges(5.08% Gateway fees), We are not responsible for such charges or any of your bank conversion charges.

19.   Any order taken on video call and confirmed by paying partial or full payment, can not be cancelled or changed after paying.

20. Please note that we will need 5-7 working days to make sure the availability of your ordered products, if any products are not available then we will update you for the same and you can opt for refund/replacement/alternative design selection for those products.

21. Please note that if you opt for our custom stitching service, it is necessary to confirm via email for any sizes before placing an order. While we endeavour to accommodate various preferences, please be aware that certain specifications such as sleeves length, neck styles, closing sides, and top lengths may be subject to fabric availability and may not always be possible. It’s important to understand that we do not manufacture all the items listed on our website; hence, exact customization based on customer-provided sizes may not be achievable. Alphanumero Corporation cannot be held responsible for any losses or issues arising from unconfirmed or unverified customized measurements provided by customers. We encourage proactive communication and inquiries to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

22. If your order is without any stitching job then we will need 7-10 working days and if stitching is there then a 12-15 working day to dispatch. [Unless we have committed faster delivery under any special offer.]

23. If you do not claim your goods pending in customs OR from shipping provider within an acceptable time of period OR if it gets delayed due to customs of customer’s country, then Alphanumero Corporation will not refund and won’t be responsible for that goods OR any loss occurred by it.

24. As per Indian government’s new tax system GST [Goods And Services Tax] gone live from 1st July 2017, All of our products, shipping charges and stitching job charges will attract 12 % GST tax.

25. Please do not forget to mention special instructions like [neck style, cups required or not in blouses, lining requirement, bottom styles, proper length required of top & bottom, body or garment measurements or Fold] if required. We are not responsible for any issues once stitching has been done. If Customer need any specific fold of the garment they need to tell us while ordering because once we check the products there can be change of fold of garments then actual received.

26. If customer has any issue with the order or if there is any complain regarding the order please mail us at Email/Whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

27. In case, you do not take delivery of your parcel on time, you need to claim for the parcel and bear two way shipping charges. Alphanumero Corporation is not responsible to pay for any shipping charges.
